Man Decides to Sue for Poo

There was an interesting article that came through the news and is mentioned on Dogster’s blog about a man who slipped in doggie-doo at a PetSmart in Virginia and is now suing the store for $1 million!

Here is an excerpt from their blog:

Robert Holloway is claiming these injuries in U.S. District Court this week in his lawsuit against a Virginia PetSmart. He alleges that the store fostered a hazardous condition by permitting pooches to poop there. According to an article in the Virginian Pilot, the suit says PetSmart and its employees “negligently allowed animals to enter the premises and deposit feces in such a manner as to create a dangerous and hazardous condition.”

Apparently the man suffered some injuries including losing four teeth, but is that really worth “one million dollars” (said in a Dr. Evil voice)? What do you think?
(And no, dog insurance does not pay for a new pair of shoes if you step in doo) 😉
