Trupanion Helps Homeless Pets at Seattle PAWSwalk

This past Saturday, Trupanion sponsored the 19th Annual PAWSwalk held at Magnuson Park in Seattle, WA. Thousands of pet lovers and their dogs came out for a beautiful day at the park and over $180,000 was raised for homeless animals in the Northwest.

Benny, the Trupanion mascot at the event, is seen here doing his morning yawwwwn and preparing for a day full of greeting many dogs and their owners and telling them all about Trupanion. He is sporting the PAWSWalk bandana that every fashionable pup at the event received.

Have you attended similar events in your area that benefit homeless animals?  If so, let us know about them and maybe Trupanion will pop up as a sponsor next year!

About Alex @alexsavvy

Combining her interest in marketing with her passion for pets, Alex enjoys working at Trupanion where she develops ways to improve and enhance the pet owner experience. Alex recently adopted a once-abused shelter dog, Benny, who eagerly jumps in the car every morning in anticipation of arriving at work. Now in doggy paradise at the Trupanion office, shy Benny has come out of his shell and spends endless hours playing with other dogs and resting at (or more frequently, on) his mom's feet all day long.
