Blog the Change: Project Doggy Bag

Blog the ChangeToday’s Blog the Change post was inspired by one of our own Trupanion employees. He is a part of a great cause called Project Doggy Bag.

Project Doggy Bag is an effort to collect pet supplies to donate to homeless dog owners throughout downtown Seattle. I am well aware of them as there seems to be quite a few. I even keep a bag of Milk Bones in my purse for those occasions that I’m in the city and come across a homeless dog. This project is happening just in time for the holidays so that those pets without houses can have some food and clean water in their belly.

To learn more about their Project or donate some of your spare change, check out the Bully Roundup website.

Whether it’s Project Doggy Bag or another pet-related cause, today is all about pets and doing whatever you can to help!

I have so many extra puppy items I don’t use anymore… its good to know there are organizations that accept them.
