      Hi Lorena,
Our policy covers the costs associated with accidents and illnesses including diagnostic tests, surgeries, treatment, and medication. We don’t include routine care and expected costs such as spay/neuter because this would only make premiums more expensive without adding value to the plan. Dew claw removal was not eligible for coverage since it is not an accident or illness, but an elective procedure. If any of this is unclear, we’d be happy to further explain! Just give us a call at 800-569-7913

  2. LORENA says:

HAPPY FOR YOU. MY BILL WAS FOR OVER $800.00 FOR MY YORKIE. THIS INS. DIDN’T EVEN COVER $200.00.!! APPARENTLY SHE HAD EVERYTHING THEY DONT COVER.
