Dog Shaming: The Latest Hilarious Internet Meme

In the last week or two during my Pinterest browsing sessions, I had noticed some funny photos crop up of “guilty” pets sitting next to hand-written signs describing their crimes. “I did this,” one read.

Well, this humorous meme has recently expanded across the internet with new websites devoted to only featuring similar photos of pets next to the sign explaining the pet’s guilty face. The meme, “dog shaming” which also features cats and other animals, appears on several websites including the most prominent: dog-shaming.com.

This is just another way pet owners can share laughs and stories of the crazy things our pets do.

If your pet were featured, what would his/her sign read?

I plan to make one soon for my dog next to the dollar bills she ripped up the other day that says: “I eat all of my Mom’s money… Literally and figuratively.”
