Pet of the Week: Cody

Cody at the bottom of the stairs

This week’s Pet of the Week is a happy Golden Retriever named Cody!

Cody waits for us at the bottom of the stairs each morning. Too cute!!! It’s a wonderful way to be greated!

We rescued Cody last year and he has been the perfect dog. He is now 7 years old. He is food obssesed tho! His favorite food is duck. He is truly one of a kind and has changed our lives. Cody has recently had TPLO surgery as a result of a diving accident in the sand. He loves swimming and diving for rocks. He is doing really well. Your company has been excellent with the insurance portion. I couldn’t believe how easy and stress free it was.

Dallas, thanks so much for sharing Cody’s sweet personality with us. We’re so glad to hear that he is doing well since surgery and can continue to enjoy his ‘golden’ years! ;)

    Hi Stacy,

“Golden Years” is a great tune by David Bowie. Go give the studio version a listen on YouTube. You’ll like it.

When I was a child, one of the nicest dogs in the neighborhood was a Golden Retriever names Copper.

She used to love to swim in the creek while we played in the woods near by. She also used to come across the street to hang out with us while we played in our front yard.

Since then I’ve had a special place in my heart for Golden Retrievers.

I’m glad to hear that Trupanion was there for Cody and as result, is doing well now.

    Happy New Year, Stacy.
