Week 1: Photo caption contest

Come up with a clever, witty, or funny caption for the photo that we will post on November 1, 2010. The one that makes us laugh the most will win a $25 gift card to PETCO. Winner will be chosen and announced via Facebook on Friday, November 5, 2010.

How to enter:

  1. Visit our Facebook page
  2. Like our page (Become a fan)
  3. Under the photo that is posted, click in the “Write a comment…” box. Fill in your caption and click “Comment” and you’re done!

Week 2: Football and sports photos

Since it’s football season, your task this week is to upload a picture of your pet wearing the jersey of its favorite football team! Don’t have a jersey? Don’t worry, there are other ways to enter! Post a picture of your pet  next to a football, or playing its favorite sport in general! (Examples: chasing a tennis ball, squeaking a toy, scratching up the furniture). One random winner will receive a $25 gift card to Petco and our favorites will be featured on our blog as honorable mentions! Announced Friday, November 12, 2010.

Week 3: Guess my weight

On Monday, November 15, 2010 we’ll post a picture of a dog and it’s your task to guess its weight! Whoever guesses closest whole number will win a prize! (If multiple people guess the correct answer, then they will be put into a random drawing). Winner will be announced Friday, November 19, 2010.

Week 4: Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving week! Tell us why you’re thankful for your pet. All entries will be put into a random drawing and one winner will receive a $25 gift card to Petco! Honorable mentions will also be featured on our blog. Winners chosen and announced Wednesday afternoon of November 24, 2010.
