You have the option to change your deductible amount without penalties. Complementary Care and Additional Benefits packages can be added or removed at any time, to be effective with your next billing date. Please note that hip dysplasia, feline kidney transplants, and boarding fee coverage aspects of these packages will have an additional 30 day waiting period if added after the first 30 days of coverage.

Yes, but any conditions that occurred prior to signing up with Trupanion pet insurance would be considered pre-existing, and not covered by Trupanion.
