Trupanion celebrates Pride 2019 and the contributions and innovations that our LGBTQIA+ team members bring to work every single day. We value our team members’ differences and encourage them to be themselves.  We also celebrate our LGBTQIA+ policy holders and are honored to help protect the cats and dogs that are such a cherished part of all of our families.

TRUPRIDE is made up of Trupanion employees (who are either a part of the LGBTQIA+ community or community ally) and exists to provide support, education, awareness and networking to Trupanion’s LGBTQIA+ community by providing welcoming, safe and inclusive spaces to meet and discuss topics relevant to the group. TRUPRIDE aspires to ensure that the company has training, support and policies in place that protect all employees and policy holders from being discriminated against based on sexual orientation or gender identity. TRUPRIDE prioritizes community, education and awareness.
