What a better way to spring into summer than show our Trupanion team members out and about enjoying the sunshine. At the beginning of spring, we asked our Trupanion team to show us how they “Spring Break” with their furry family members. Did Fido go wild for spring break?

Travel with a Rising Star –
Alicia spent her spring break with her Aussie–retriever mix Cloe, who starred in her first professional photo shoot. These two best friends are attached at the hip. The pair goes everywhere together … hikes, work, (Dog Park on the daily after work,) and road trips to Blue Lake in Eastern Washington. She thought she’d try something Cloe had never done before, and they had a blast shooting with Julie Austin. Watch out Hollywood here comes Cloe! Cloe Instagram: @australianretriever_cloe
Take the challenge with an Ultimate Doggie Frisbee’ Warrior-
Scott kicked off spring break by helping Charlie train for the ultimate frisbee competition. They often spent hours on the training field learning all the tricks and trade of the world of frisbee. In Charlie’s spare time she enjoys hiking, frisbee, and more frisbee. Scott next big adventure with Charlie is to travel down the Pacific coast to Rialto Beach. It will be Charlie’s first beach trip. La Tonya spent her spring break visiting the great state of Texas. While visiting family and friends in Texas – Ramen, Charlie, and LaTonya stumbled upon a field of bluebonnets –as they say “when in Texas”! They spend the afternoon running thru fields of beautiful bluebonnets. It was Charlie and Ramen’s favorite part of the trip, and they often look for Bluebonnets on their road trips. LaTonya’s next great road trip adventure with Charlie and Ramen is to escape to the Olympic National Forest.
A Kayak Destination-
McKinna spent her days out on her kayak with her standard poodle Cooper. They enjoyed kayaking on lake union seeking out the “Sleepless in Seattle” house.McKinna and Cooper love to spend their days hiking, walking by the water, and camping. They avoid traffic at all costs and can often be spotted via kayak along the waterways of the Puget Sound. Mckinna hopes to explore the waterways with Cooper in Portland this summer.
The Great Foodie Crawl –
Seattle is known for being quite a food destination. J spent the spring break noshing on a foodie crawl with pit-bull mix Bailey. They stumbled upon ‘Tippe & Drague’ in Beacon Hill to grab a bite and of course stop for a photo-op. Bailey is clearly ready for seconds on lunch. J and Bailey plan to spend their next foodie crawl in Portland.
We love getting out and exploring with our furry companions. We enjoy traveling via sea/air/road and our fur babies are there with us on the journey. How did you spring break?
