Mixed breed dogs are fun because you get the best of both worlds. In this case, check out what is unique about this mixed breed dog named Enzo.

What’s your favorite feature and what do you find special of your black German shepherd/Wire-hair pointer mix?

He has a great beard. Also, he’s got the loyalty and protective instincts of a shepherd. His wire hair coat makes outdoor adventures easy because his fur dries quickly and doesn’t hold a scent. He’s energetic and intelligent, which makes training a breeze. It’s fun to learn and teach him new things,” states Trupanion team member Zerene G.

5. Leonberger

Cutest dog breeds come in all shapes, sizes, and of course breeds!

Majestic and loyal with lots of fur, you might find your next best friend when you meet a Leonberger.

What is special about the Leonberger?

“Like with many giant breeds, I think Leonberger’s are special because of their personality, not just their looks. Always up to cuddle on the couch or be home with the family, they are friendly, calm and usually not skittish. While of course, each dog has their own unique personality and temperament, their behavior only adds to the reason they’re one of the cutest breeds out there. Leonbergers are the ultimate companions because not only are they great snugglers and usually ready for chill TV time, but they can also double as a blanket or foot warmer,” says Trupanion team member Marissa V.
